Escape with Yoga · Cherrybrook, New South Wales
The site, the emails behind your bookings, and the conditions people book under.
You asked eight things. Four of them are the website. Four are what happens after somebody books. Here is all of it, and what it costs.
Home, yoga, sound baths, one to one and day retreats, with contact included rather than charged as a sixth. Your photographs at the size you shot them, big enough to feel the room.
What a customer receives from the moment they book, checked end to end. Then two reminders, one for a yoga student and one for a one to one, because they are different people in different states of mind.
Every full class and every sold out night takes an email address instead of a text message, so the people you turn away join your list rather than disappearing.
You already made it. It delivers itself the moment somebody signs up, and it grows your list without you touching it.
Cancellations, transfers, refunds, late arrivals, health and injury. Written in plain English and placed at the point of booking rather than buried in a footer.
Cherrybrook, the Hills District and the words people actually type, put where search engines read them. Your duplicate pages retired so the site stops competing with itself.
This is not a template with your logo dropped on it. It is your photographs, your plum and gold, your real prices, your real dates and your real class times. Scroll inside either frame.

The phone version, art directed separately
The next sound bath sits above the fold on both screens, and it is a waitlist rather than a phone number. Everything else on the page is one tap from a booking.
Four of your five weekly classes are marked full. Your September sound bath is sold out and running a waitlist. So this proposal does not promise you more people. It catches the ones already arriving.
“I have been looking to refresh it to make things a bit more streamline and easier for clients to see my offerings easily and to get a feel for the studio, then easy to book.”
Sara Mitchinson · 26 August 2026Your site currently asks people to text you to check availability, which means everybody who wants in and cannot get in lands on your phone and leaves no trace. No email address, no record, and no way to tell them about the October sound bath or the 2027 retreat. Those are the warmest people you will ever have, and they are exactly the people you asked me how to get onto your newsletter.
The rest is restraint. Fewer things on each page, much bigger pictures, your words kept as you wrote them, and a booking button never more than one tap away. I am not redrawing your brand or rewriting your voice. The plum, the gold and the way you write are yours, and they work.
It stays on Wix. You keep your bookings, your members, your gift cards and your loyalty points, and you keep editing your own site the way you have for years.
One off, every one of them. Half to start, half on go live, invoices due within seven days.
The demo I sent you last week, moved onto your own domain and pointed at your booking links. No discovery, no design direction, and none of your five sections written. It is a real option and you can stop here.
Five custom pages, written properly, built on the Wix site you already own. Home, yoga, sound baths, one to one and day retreats, with contact included. This is the one that answers the sentence you opened with.
Everything in option two, plus the half of your list that is not pages: the booking flow checked end to end, two reminders written, the newsletter and e-book switched on, and your conditions written and placed.
Why option three. The website fixes the first ten seconds, where a stranger works out what you offer and whether they want to be in that room. The emails fix everything after somebody has already decided. Seven of the eight things you asked for live in one half or the other, and buying them together is the only version where nothing you asked for is left out.
The emails and conditions bought separately, if you would rather do the pages later.
Another page in the same look, such as the deeper yoga page or women's circles.
Changes when you want them, with no minimum and no plan to sign.
Wix hosts your site, backs it up and keeps it secure, and you already pay them for that. A monthly fee from me on top would be charging you twice for the same thing, and you would be right to notice. The one condition that would change it is a 2027 retreat with a date and a price on it, which is genuinely ongoing work and would be quoted then.
Five weeks assumes I can get into the dashboard in week one. If the material takes longer to land, the dates move with it and I will say so at the time rather than at the end.
The heading on your booking page, the duplicate pages retired, and the e-book switched on so it delivers itself. You see something change before you have paid the second half.
